D&M Books Terms of Business

Please read the terms carefully before ordering

All books listed are subject to availability. Orders can be made by telephone, fax, email, or post. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, or Delta. Alternatively, we require payment with order before books are sent. Postage is charged at £1.50 per book to UK customers for novels and £3.00 per book for annuals and Howard Baker books. The maximum UK postage charge is £7.50. Postage is charged at cost for overseas customers.

We use the following descriptions:

M	Mint. The Book is as new.
F	Fine. The Book is almost as new.
VG	Very Good. The Book may have a few minor defects but is in excellent condition.
G	Good. The Book is obviously secondhand but is in reasonable collectable condition.
P	Poor. The Book is only acceptable as a reading copy. Complete text.

All books are securely packed and normally despatched within 24 hours. Any book found to be inaccurately described can be returned in seven days if carefully packed and in the same condition as sent.
